Inaugural Eagle Isle Ultra Completed!
Congratulations to those hardy soles who took part in the inaugural Eagle Isle Ultra. The event proved to be every bit as challenging as we had hoped and featured huge feats of individual achievement and courage. For three days competitors battled against the elements as they covered mountain, forest and driving rain. Race report, photos and results to appear imminently.

2009 Route Confirmed
Following a thorough recce of our proposed route for the inaugural Eagle Isle Ultra we are pleased to reveal that the 2009 route has now been confirmed. The event will feature a mountainous `short` day of 22km with plenty of ascent/descent, a long second day of 62km of mountain pass, mountain, forest, track and coastal road and a final day of 35km covering forest trail and single track road. It`s certainly a tough course and in terms of challenge, scenery and ruggedness it`ll be difficult to beat!
